- Subs to be paid to MJHC: 5th June (MJHC will send invoices to each club in May)

MJHC SUBS
MJHC junior hockey subs for each season will be set at The AGM at the begining of the year. Coordinators are responsible for collecting subs for junior hockey only. Each club can place an additional amount on top of the MJHC subs to cover their costs. There is a $10 discount for siblings. ie. the first child pays full price but any siblings get a $10 discount. There is no sibling discount for Funsticks.

ONLINE PLAYER REGISTRATIONS
- Players can register here. The link to the registrations spreadsheet (the backend) will be emailed to you by MJHC once registrations open.
- All contact details are to remain confidential, as the registrations come in the spreadsheet will be continue to be updated. Please do not download this spreadsheet until online registrations close on the 31st March. Once registrations close - the spreadsheet will be sorted into schools and sent to the relevant coordinator.
CLUB DUTY
Once again the MJHC has set a roster for being the Club on Duty at the turf. Each club is rostered for Duty, the club on duty is highlighted on the draw. Instructions for Club Duty and the Duty person will be made available to co-ordinators at the start of the season.
When you are on Duty it is your club's responsibility to set up the turf, do the change overs, timekeeping and then pack down. We also have mouthguards for sale, and this responsibility has been added to the duty team.

MJHC will send an email to all the co-ordinators to let them know it's time to add team names to their club's spreadsheet.
TEAM SELECTION / mjhc rules
Please do not "stack" your teams. MJHC is aiming for a competition where the games are not completely one-sided. Try to ensure an even spread of ages and abilites across your teams. If you have any problems or queries regarding the team selection process please let MJHC know and we'll be happy to help. THE NEW SEASON DRAW
The new season draw will be available on our Draw page at the end of April.
PLAYER OF THE DAY CERTIFICATES
The player of day certificates will be available from the duty person on the first day of the season. One bag per team. Thanks Anthony Shaw from Bayleys Warkworth for sponsoring the Certificates!
BOOKING THE TURF
The turf can be booked for practice. You will be invoiced for this monthly. You can cancel a booking but you will need to provide more then 24 hours notice to get a refund.
